The Coaching Maps ^® is a methodology created to facilitate the identification, evaluation and development of competences related to knowledge, skills and attitudes of individuals and functional and inter-functional working groups.

The didactic kit, designed on the basis of the theories of post-culturalism, hermeneutics and ethnomethodology, allows session participants to explore thirty-six thematic frameworks within which to carry out a process:

• of expansion and interpretation of the stimulus proposed through moments of creative contribution and semantic restructuring
• exploration of the resources to draw on and / or to seek to achieve the goal set by the work session
• defining the methods of action to achieve the established goal
